ER 1-94
Energy Regulations No. 1-94 (ER 1-94) program stipulates that communities hosting the power generating facilities are entitled to financial benefits of one-centavo per kilowatt-hour (P0.01/kWh), from the electricity sales of the Generating Companies (GenCos).

Aiming to help develop the communities as well as promote harmony and cooperation between the GenCos and host communities, ER 1-94 funds can be used for electrification, development and livelihood, reforestation, watershed management, and health and environment enhancement projects of the host communities.
