Delivery Mobilization Protocols

To assure the health and safety of GBP’s people and its guests / visitors, additional protocols and requirements are implemented during the delivery of good and services in all GBP Sites.

Plant entry during delivery of goods and services will require submission of valid Barangay Certificate of Non-PUI (PersonUnder Investigation) / Non-PUM (Person Under Monitoring) and/or Health Clearance, which is available. This certification should be valid or within 14 days before day of travel, delivery, or mobilization. This is applicable to all supplier delivery personnel, couriers, and forwarders.

Payment Processing

In nurturing good relationships with its suppliers, GBP is committed to process payments in a timely manner. To facilitate smooth payment processing, suppliers should ensure that billing invoices bear the correct name, TIN and registered address of the paying company. Aside from Invoice, other required attachments for goods delivered or services rendered must be complete as well.

For goods delivered, the following are the required supporting documents:
          a. Copy of Purchase Order duly acknowledged by the supplier
          b. Delivery Receipt duly signed by GBP Warehouseb. Delivery Receipt duly signed by GBP Warehouse
          c. Original Invoice

For services rendered, the following are the required supporting documents:
          a. Certificate of Completion and Acceptance (COCA)
          b. Copy of Purchase Order duly acknowledged by the supplier
          c. Delivery Receipt duly signed by GBP Warehouse
          d. Original Invoice / Billing

Bond Requirements

For the delivery of goods and services, GBP requires different types of bonds to guarantee the faithful performance of the project. Bonds must bear the name of the company where contract is being transacted.
