GBP owns 50% interest in Alsons Thermal Energy Corporation (ATEC), which serves as the holding company for all the baseload coal-fired power plant assets of Alsons Consolidated Resources, Inc. (ACR)

ATEC owns 75% stake in Sarangani Energy Corporation’s (SEC) 237 MW coal-fired power plants in Maasim, Sarangani, as well as 100% stake in San Ramon Power, Inc. (SRPI), which is currently developing a 120 MW coal-fired power plant in Zamboanga City.
